This document outlines the shipping methods and the terms under which products purchased from the online store located at w21.watchhousesale.com may be returned.

Chun Ping Limited is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond control, such as severe weather or customs processing. Title to goods passes to the customer upon shipment.
2. Return & Refund Policy
2.1 14-Day Return Window
Chun Ping Limited grants a 14-day right of withdrawal for all products purchased on w21.watchhousesale.com. The 14-day period begins on the date the customer receives the physical product. To initiate a return, the customer must submit a request through the w21.watchhousesale.com customer portal or by contacting [email protected] within this 14-day window.
2.2 Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in original condition. This includes all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or used. Chun Ping Limited reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing components.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the item. Chun Ping Limited does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error in the order fulfillment by Chun Ping Limited. Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable.
2.4 Refund Processing Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected by Chun Ping Limited, the refund process begins. The refund is processed within 14 business days of the date Chun Ping Limited receives the returned item. The total time from the date of return delivery to the completion of the refund is a minimum of 14 days.
2.5 Refund Method & PayPal Terms
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For transactions made via PayPal, the refund is processed through the PayPal system. The standard processing time for PayPal refunds is a minimum of 14 days from the date the refund is initiated by Chun Ping Limited. Certain regional legal jurisdictions require a 30-day refund period for PayPal transactions. In such regions, the refund timeline extends to 30 days to comply with local payment processing regulations.
3. Refund Process
To obtain a refund, the customer must follow this step-by-step process:
Step 1: Initiate the Return
The customer logs into the account on w21.watchhousesale.com or emails [email protected] with the order number and the item(s) intended for return. Chun Ping Limited responds with a Return Authorization confirmation within 2 business days.
Step 2: Prepare the Package
The customer securely packs the item(s) with all original tags and labels. The Return Authorization confirmation must be placed inside the package. The customer affixes the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Step 3: Ship the Item
The customer ships the package using a carrier of their choice to the address listed below. The customer retains the tracking number and proof of postage. Chun Ping Limited is not responsible for items lost in transit that do not have verifiable tracking information.
Step 4: Inspection & Approval
Upon delivery, Chun Ping Limited inspects the returned item to ensure compliance with the return condition requirements. This inspection is completed within 5 business days of receipt.
Step 5: Refund Issuance
If the return is approved, Chun Ping Limited initiates the refund to the original payment method. The refund appears in the customer’s account within the timelines specified in Sections 2.4 and 2.5 of this document. The customer receives a confirmation email from Chun Ping Limited once the refund is processed.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and undergarments for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return or refund. Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase are excluded from the 14-day return policy.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives a defective item or an item different from the order, Chun Ping Limited covers the return shipping costs. The customer must notify Chun Ping Limited within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with photographs of the defect or error. Chun Ping Limited provides a prepaid return label for these specific instances. Upon receipt and verification of the defective or incorrect item, Chun Ping Limited issues a full refund including the original shipping costs or ships a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
